The EPIC 3070 x 6.5mm Hydraulic Pan Brake was designed and manufactured in the NSW workshop. EPIC has been manufacturing sheet metal processing equipment for more than 40 years, focusing on providing Australian quality workmanship and meeting Australian standards.

HYDRAULIC RAM MOUNTING SYSTEM

EPIC's hydraulic ram mounting system is designed for minimal deflection under recommended loads. The full tonnage delivered by the clamping rams is transferred to the head through the trunnion bearings. The bearings are mounted to the side frames of the machine providing support even at the centre of the machine head and minimise any side movement. When bending at full capacity, this achieves a smaller radius and a nice straight bend or fold.

RAPID HEAD ADJUSTMENT

The rapid head adjustment feature allows the operator to quickly and easily change from material as thin as 0.5mm up to the machine's material and thickness capacity. Simply adjust the side handles and indexing pins to the required gauge setting.
